Originally when we were purchasing our home we were working with someone else, and there were some questions I had, and things that were just not sitting well with me. Aleem was first introduced to me about 8 years ago by my realtor when I was looking to buy my first property. He was able to help secure a great mortgage that met my needs at the time. Unfortunately due to some life circumstances, I had to get out of that property and it was then that the true value of working with a professional like Aleem became apparent. The costs to break the mortgage early were as minimal as possible, they would have been 5 times higher if we had gone with a different option, that appeared to be cheaper at the time. Thanks to Aleem though we understood the risks, and it ended up saving thousands of dollars.

Due to circumstances, Aleem was not able to help with my next purchase, however he was a great source and helped me with negotiating with my bank, and also walked me through the entire process and was available to answer questions that came up.
