Phone Experts has always been a great help. They have taught me how to use my phone system effectively and always are patient in reminding me of the functions I don't use often that need changing every so often. Shonal and Chase have been my biggest help. Shonal has always been very quick to respond to my requests and making sure someone reaches out to me when I need it. I've had Chase help me quite a few times now and he has effectively helped me set up new phones, change settings, etc, time and time again. Very grateful for this team.

Lenora Collins was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the right services for our needs. She was easy to work and communicate with, and made sure any issues we had were corrected ASAP. We were blown away at her customer service skills and her genuine care and attention to us and our needs. Lenora made sure that we not only got what we needed, but that we understood what was going on when the tech-speak went over our heads. She really helped us navigate the (unfamiliar to us) world of IT.
This company also gives back to the community. They donated 6 computers to our not for profit so we are able to help more woman fleeing domestic violence.
All around amazing company and employees!!

We would be more than happy to work with her again in the future, and look forward to doing so!

I should say that without Chase and Logan, my work from home life wont be this much easy. Right now we don't have to worry on missing any calls from Head office site even we decided to move to work from home set up. The alarm system at my business would not arm for 2 days at the end of the day. I called Phone Experts and they were here same day to assess the issue, locate the problem and then repair the problem. Service tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Very good service!
