I asked about the price of gold to sell. They have 1 buyer who is never in. But that doesn't matter ... gold is @ over 30$/g for 10k and a-lot more for 14,18,24 ...
they paid 10$ a gram . Thats robbery for people who dont know . Thats a scam . ... trying to take advantage of the people in smiths falls that cant get to a real pawn shop or gold and silver buyers. But be fair ... 10$ is way to low ... if they will do this on gold .... makes a person question their business morals

I haven't had this much fun in Smith Falls since the Chocolate Factory!! Not because it's 5:30pm on a Friday night and it's literally only one of three stores open right now in this entire town, but because there was just so much to take in. New stuff, old stuff, if you're looking for 'stuff' this is your place. The ladies working here are also very sweet and helpful.

I freaking love this place! I always walk out with at least 15 items and all under $100, 20x cheaper and better than any other store in this town. I have a good eye for stuff, always find the best items there.

I love shopping here, and they have lots of great deals, but it seems like the change rooms are never open! I've been told by front desk staff that the change rooms are closed the last hour of shopping (ok fine), and on weekends (?). But over the last couple weeks I've visited at lunch and early afternoon on week days to find the change rooms full of clothing racks with a "Change Rooms CLOSED" sign. Who wants to buy clothes they haven't tried on?

I used to shop here on a regular basis. For myself & I shopped for other family members. Than covid hit & just like real-estate the score stores up there prices so high that you can go anywhere else & buy the same things at regular price & it would be cheaper than buying from the Score Stores. Selling used items for more money than new items. At this rate, they will have to claim bankruptcy like so many people that have already walked out of the homes. Shame on you for price gouging when times are so hard for everyone.

Stopped in today and tried to purchase a frozen jacket for my 3 year old daughter, we got to the cash and the cashier got my daughter so so excited ! But then we were told we could not purchase our item because employees had not tagged with price. We asked if they could find out a price and were told no, we offered to wait and were told the best she could do was call us , I gave her my name and phone number and she didn’t bother to even write it correctly despite me repeating my number twice. Horrible customer service!

You guys have completely captured myself and my daughter! Clothing prices are unbeatable and now whenever we thrift shop we always end up leaving empty handed as nobody else comes close. Your selection, organization, turn over, and staff are top notch. We love that each staff member gets to curate and share their music and no matter what is playing we always end up happy because it's so unique and personal. Keep up the great work!

This store is amazing, such great prices. This store has amazing deals every week. The selection of items is incredibly, you can get everything from clothing, food, electronics, cookware, beds, exercise equipment. I could go on and on this is your one stop shop it's great. The staff here are always so friendly and amazing. The staff have gone out of there way to help me and make me feel great shopping in their store. I would recommend this store to all.
