If Sasktel stopped putting our service in "moderate" mode I'd give the five stars. However, year after year we have to fight customer service to put it back on "open" as we try to optimize our online gaming experience. As customers, this should be our right to do and be able to do so with ease. Also, not every customer service rep is the same. Some are more helpful than others. Among those who helped us out with this and other issues, kudos to them. They're among the few who did. The rest either lack knowledge or interest to provide the true meaning of customer service.
