Cameron from thermalwise did our home energy assessment and was extremely helpful. He answered all of our silly questions, was extremely friendly and respectful, showed up on time, and was very responsive both before doing the assessment, and when we called to get him in after the work was completed. He explained how each step of the process would work, and advised us on how to get the best value from the program.

I emailed ThermalWise to book an appointment and they responded right away. I had my booking with the Energy Advisor, Anuj, within a matter of hours from the email. Anuj was very professional, knowledgeable and polite! He was very mindful of our home and explained everything that he was doing. Once the pressure test was done, he brought me around the house to see where the air leaks were and explained what can be done to fix them. After the survey and test was complete, he walked me through the different programs and rebates that were available. He also provided the written results of the air leakage test. Our experience with Anuj was great and we highly recommend him if you are looking to have an Energy Audit done!
