I had an emergency (first world problems) that required needing new paper for my printer. I am quite picky about the little things in my life so standard paper is not who I am. Not only was I given the attention to "feel" 4-6 different types of paper, I was even shown where my best bang for buck would come from.

Honestly, it goes to show how something as simple as a small store with focused customer service can drive success. Will definitely be back!

Definitely don't buy any 5/7 photos here... Lady working doesn't tell you 2 photos print on the same page & if you want them cut to be individual photo cost an extra $1 just to cut a piece of paper!! What a joke.

Candace was great to work with. She designed a banner for us. She made sure we liked it- she sent the proof for us to approve. She listened to what we wanted and she did a great job. Fair prices, knowledgeable owner who is always willing to help. I have ordered unique printed tags on more then one occasion. It was always delivered as promised. I have no hesitation recommending doing business with this company, In fact I recommend it .I will be doing business with them again in the future.

We needed 5-copies, double-sided, printed from a USB. Called ahead to inquiry if we can use our own paper for the print job. The person, who answered the phone, said she would need to see the type of paper we want to use. Fair comment. Drove to the store. The person approved the paper we wanted to use. Attached is the quality we received.

Additionally, we were informed the print cost is .55 cents per page plus a $2 fee to open the USB. With all the printing we do, we've never heard charging a fee to open a USB. Initially we were informed the cost is $13. We questioned the cost because how the service fees were presented, the final cost did not reflect what we understood. After the person reviewed the service fees again, the cost came to $9. Still didn't make sense until the person said it was .55 cents per side per page. This was not how it was presented initially.

We also sensed some sarcasm in the person's voice. Sadly, overall not a great customer experience.

Our review is less about the cost and more about the poor quality we received. The fact that we weren't informed about the paper wrinkles and the manner in which the person chose to interact with us.

Dear Owner: Based on your response below, you have us confused with someone else. We did not discuss any price or quality of paper over the phone. In fact, we called your store at 11:13 a.m. this morning. The entire call lasted 37 seconds. The payment for services rendered indicates 11:34 a.m. Please see below.

As for the rest of your explanation...it does not reflect our experience of this morning.

You state you are very busy - congrats - it's a good position to be in considering the pandemic. That said, is it possible you may have us confused with another client?

Our area of specialisation is, we are catalysts for providing business counsel to private and public business sectors to transform what they do by first shifting how they think. Here's some pro bono counsel. Rather than 'respond and defend your position' may I suggest you ask yourself - how might we think, another way, about this situation and learn from it

Just so you know, our intention here was to be helpful. I'm sorry you didn't take it as it was intended. Not everyone who posts reviews operates from a position of mistrust and untruths. In fact, we were willing to give your company another opportunity.
