We own a townhouse since the beginning of March that is managed by Thorne. We found some issues with the building and we contacted Thorne about it. All the problems were fixed in a short period of time. Cassandra was very helpful and took care of everything. Paul and Connie were helpful too. So we are happy with the service.

I am beyond frustrated with this PM company. I have a condo for sale and a potential purchaser had a question about fencing and a front step that was leaning away from the porch. When I initially contacted Thorne, I was told that I would need to speak with Rosemary. When I contacted Rosemary her voice message said that she was away until September 23 which was over a week away. No mention of anyone else fielding her calls. I was never contacted during this time. I waited until September 24 to contact Rosemary again and her voicemail still said that she was back in the office on September 23. I also left 2 messages during that week in the general mailbox and noone bothered to return my call. Needless to say- the potential buyer moved on. They weren’t impressed by the property management company and didn’t want to have to deal with them. The owners of the complex should be aware that this company is useless and may be hampering the sale of their units

I’ve been an owner in a building managed by Thorn for the last seven plus years and there isn’t a better company that we would trust with our building. Rosemary and Paul have always been professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Thank you so much for all your hard work and I cannot imagine it to be easy doing what you folks do.

Comparatively very high condo fee for basic service and for basic units. Increasing fees every 6 months with no reasons. Additionally, high charging special assessment fees for no specialassessment, there was like another one-time assessment fee (for what) this year. When asked for explanation, not responding. I would not recommend dealing with this management. No wonder why they have more negative reviews.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Worst property management I have ever dealt with. They can't even answer simple question. Takes forever to actually accomplish anything. Trying to get them removed at this point for incompetence.

Sean is the least productive property manager we have ever come across. Our condominium community has waited for years for simple maintenance agreements. We were told the process of getting things done (by a board member) was to do the work and ask forgiveness later…. can you imagine this being the norm? Horrible experience with Sean and his team so far.

My husband and I own several rental properties which Thorne manages. We have had a great experience dealing with them whenever we need to call them in regards to the properties. They are very professional and easy to reach, especially through email. We feel included and a part of a community working together to maintain the properties which are all in impeccable condition. We have attended board meetings and always feel welcomed, they have also been very transparent about future plans for our condos. The value of our properties has always increased thanks to the up keep managed by Thorne. We love our new fences that were put in this year, they managed that project very well with our tenants and the contracting company.

Donna is the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered. Why is she the first point of contact when she is miserable. When you call and ask to speak with the condo manager for your property she asks "What do you want" and then tells you half way through she isn't the person to be speaking too. Can't get a call back from anyone to save your life. Terrible customer service, terrible property management! Do better!
