One of the worst building management companies you could ever deal with. No responsibility or ownership in their properties. You can tell they’re buying properties to tear down and negate current tenants.
Will avoid ever renting a property they own in the future. Advise everyone to heed my advice!!

Also…… funny reading these responses from their PR department to actual renters is so typical! Blame the landlords not the management company! Everyone just passing off the blame.

Extremely poor management firm. Their communication is unresponsive, and their passive management style is detrimental to clients. Avoid them at all costs!!

This is a terrible management service. They have terrible communication between the company itself and renters that results in fines and tickets unnecessarily. In addition ,If they’re the ones making decisions on the parking lot system for their apartment properties then that also needs a massive improvement. I would definitely advise people away from this company and all properties under them as it’s too much trouble for what they offer you anyway. It’s a business which is understandable but it really feels like they care more about profits than human beings which I should’ve expected anyway I guess. Hope you guys can be better.

Our condo board has chosen to self manage our property. We are a small group, consisting of four units, and we felt that our size wasn't necessary for full management, but we DID want some guidance and assistance when issues might arise, and to make sure we were following the rules. Sheryl-Lynn and Abbie worked with us to find a consulting arrangement for us that was cost effective and incredibly valuable. I would recommend any board who choses to self manage their property enlists Three by Three for consulting services, they were so incredibly helpful to us ensuring we were run properly and efficiently.
