Found TL Bothwell from searching online, decided to give them a chance and you will not be disappointed! After the last management company who INProperlyLinkLESS poorly mismanaged my property to the point where they became so complacent and indifferent about their clients, I decided to bring my business somewhere new. Travis is diligent on communicating and meeting times, he takes the time to listen to what the owners expect and demonstrates in action that they are met. Even out of their busiest days they will try their best to keep you in the loop and personally sees that the renovations and cleanings are done to what you expect. The level of efficiency is unseen before since needing a management company to look after my property.

Give this wonderful team of people a try, if you want someone to treat your property as if it was their own, and show care in their work, call them up, you'd wish you found them earlier!

And I’ve now used TL Bothwell to do so for years since.

No comparison. Having Travis and Laura do everything for me, handling all cleaning, repairs, service calls, re-rentals, et cetera is a godsend and well worth their service fees (I’m a big fan of paying talented professionals fair wage for services).

I won’t go back to self-managed.

If Travis decided to call it a day and retire, I’d probably prefer to sell rather than go back to self-managed.
