I have been a tenant in a TLG managed property for over 5 years. I must commend Mary Casey & her team for their responsiveness, genuine kindness & empathy throughout this time. While their primary function is clearly to manage properties on behalf of their clients, they always balanced the fiscal responsibilities with the "human" element of the tenants which made for a very positive experience. I'm grateful that my first rental experience in the GTA introduced me to this great group of people who genuinely care about doing the right thing for all parties.
