For the past three weeks, I have been trying to arrange viewings for three rental properties. I have filled out several applications the same day they are sent to me, but every time I email about viewing the properties, I have been ghosted or given wrong information about when the properties are available to view. It's been near impossible trying to get a response from the agents about viewing rental properties that I almost wonder if they actually want peoples' business... I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and feel that I am not being taken seriously as a potential renter.

They make you jump through hoops to even look at a place. Then will contradict themselves through various emails back and forth. When confronted with their lie, they then basically ghost you and quit returning emails. They come across as very shady. On the other hand, the one showing the property when you are able to get that far was very nice and professional.

Trying to rent a new apartment managed through Top Producers has been a hassle and a half.

TLDR: Staff seems incredibly disorganized and full of (bad) surprises.

During the open house, the two reps seemed unsure of the prices and availability of certain units, and both were scrambling to find important papers and information. They also quoted a move in date and promised compensation if it was delayed, which of course it was by an entire month, and then they gaslit me about the compensation comment. I didn't care about the compensation as much, but the notice of delay was given in less than two weeks of the initial move in date, effectively leaving me couch surfing for a month as my current place of residence had found new tenants - I also had to book time off work for the move in date and I cannot do that again on such short notice. Within the last week of waiting to move in, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for my fob and parking spot, something that could have been brought up much sooner, and they had no intention of getting the fob to me on the first day of the month as they had booked my "elevator time" later into the week.
Honestly, I just want to move in but I'm growing concerned that somehow they will pull the rug out from under me again as they had actually delayed it twice... I am losing money with my stuff in storage right now and am incredibly grateful that I had friends I could crash with for the time being.

Mindy is Amazing. We interviewed a few realtors before deciding on listing with Mindy. Mindy was the most experienced and the most prepared for the interview. She put good value on our property. We expected to sit on our property for 6mos-1year, but we had an offer after 1 day! So our experience with selling was very short lived. However, we spent about 5 weeks with her while we searched and searched for our next home. She kept us informed on everything, and was incredibly knowledgeable with the market trends and current state. We eventually found the right home for us and Mindy had to work hard to get the deal done for us. Overall, she is a force! A knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate force. Would most definitely recommend Mindy!

The company is asking for all the sensitive data in order to book apartment viewings, from Drivers licence number and plate, to my Date of Birth, Bank Branch, etc. under their "Covid form". After asking if they have a lighter Covid form that does not require all the sensitive data prior to applying for the place, they said they are just confirming I am a real person. I asked for a phone number to verify I am a real person and they said they would not book a time for me to see the place if I do not fill out the application first.

Don’t deal with this company. They are disorganized, treat you as just a number and don’t respond in a timely fashion for you to get the place you want.
An upgrade in customer service is warranted here.
