I’ve stayed at three different condos hosted by this company and overall had a great experience. The customer service is excellent, and any time I reached out, I received a prompt and helpful response. All the condos were generally well-equipped for both short-term and long-term stays, which made things very convenient.

A few tips for future guests: make sure to confirm whether the building has air-conditioning (heating and cooling on throughout the year), if that’s important to you. In two of the apartments I stayed in, the furniture matched the listing photos exactly. However, in one unit, the furniture was quite different from the photos, so I recommend asking if there have been any recent changes before booking.

As expected, older properties may show signs of wear and tear. For example, the older 18 Yorkville unit I stayed in had noticeable damage to the walls and floorboards. In contrast, the condos at The Well and 155 Yorkville were in excellent condition and very well maintained.

Overall, I found this company to be a much better option than Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms. I would definitely recommend them.

I stayed at one of Toronto Boutique Apartments condos at 18 Yorkville Avenue for 5 months.
The apartment was absolutely perfect, and a real home-from-home. It is well decorated and furnished, and has everything you could need (and more!).
The location is amazing - in the heart of Yorkville with lots of restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to the subway which made it perfecting for commuting to Downtown.
The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and always quick to resolve and assist with any issues or questions I had.
The apartment building has good facilities, with a really well equipped gym and lots of social spaces.
I would highly recommend Toronto Boutique Apartments, and would definitely stay with them again! Thanks so much TBA!

I stayed at an apartment at 188 Cumberland. It was simply wonderful. It was furnished beautifully with all amenities to make it a "home away from home" for a month. It was also set up with a den equipped with everything needed for a home office, and it made my work so much easier. Perfect for business travellers. The Agency staff were super responsive and helpful at all times. Concierge staff were also amazing. Great location close to 2 subway stations Stations, wonderful restaurants, night life, and shopping. Everything you need is within walking distance. If you feel energetic, you could even walk to the Eaton Center and downtown Toronto!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for around four months, and it has been an outstanding experience. The place is modern, comfortable, and very convenient. The location strikes the perfect balance between vibrant city life and a peaceful, quiet environment - just a short distance from the city center.

Throughout my stay, any minor issues that came up were handled swiftly and professionally by the team, often resolved within hours. Communication has been excellent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
I highly recommend this apartment, whether you’re looking for a short-term stay or something longer. It’s been a fantastic home away from home.
