My move-in was seamless & stress-free. My suite was clean, well maintained & ready to go. My property manager was welcoming and gave me all the information I needed to get started in my new apartment.

I lived here for over 4 years and complained many times about the cigarettes smoke coming from tenants on the 1st floor , the smell is outrageous, these people NEVER OPEN THERE WINDIWS OR BALCONY DOORS !!! I live on the 3rd floor and one tenant unit smells more then just cigarettes smoke it actually STINKS ! I open my kitchen cupboards and the smell is in there it’s everywhere in my apartment! As soon as I find another accommodation I am out of here!
This is the only problem I have with this building other then that the staff are very nice and they keep the building well maintained!

I had been looking for a place to live, and as we all know the market is pretty volatile right now. And when I tell you these people went above and beyond for me I’m not joking.

In a world where finding tenants is like shooting fish in a barrel Peter and the rest of the team at this property were genuinely incredible with trying to aid my in finding a place to live at such a stressful time.

To clarify, they were always great with communicating, Peter would reach out to let me know of any available units for the time frame I was looking to move in. They gave me different options based on needs/ wants (no carpet, south facing etc) everything that was in his control he did it for me. With a landlord/ property manager like this, renting would be so peaceful and genuinely feel like home.

If you’re looking for your forever home (or your foreseeable future home) pick this place.

(Also boardwalk, Peter needs a raise, a Christmas bonus, and 2 more weeks paid vacation because no matter how many renovations you do, he will always be the selling feature of this property)

AMAZING!! I'm not the one to write reviews but, I had to write this one because of the great customer service and hassle-free experience that I got from Peter. He was exceptionally patient, helpful and understanding. Very impressive when it comes on to replying to my questions/emails. I love my new apartment, very friendly staffs overall. I would definitely recommend Tower Lane Terrace Apartment to anyone who's looking for a new place to live.

Francisco is a very good staff member and helpful any time. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well.
We enjoy living here, it has been comfortable quiet and safe.
This has been a wonderful place to live for the last 2 years. I have no complaints.

Eryn is super friendly and accommodating when we went to inquire at Tower Lane Terrace Apartments and Peter always provides great customer service, he goes above and beyond and makes sure that we are comfortable living in our suite. Also, his excellent communication made our move as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this place for people who want peace and quiet while being close to all amenities.
