I live in Switzerland. My mother passed this year in New Westminster, B.C. and unfortunately I couldn’t travel to Canada to clean out her apartment. I spoke to Eric at 1:20pm today, Sunday and after a quick conversation working out details: amount of stuff, total cost, time (3:30-4pm) today, then I sent a text message confirming address. Eric shows up at the allotted time, encouraged that we managed to bring everything (and then some) out to the curb. We helped load the truck quickly and efficiently; with instructions as per recycling, donating or junking. Paid Eric's very fair bill and that was it. Our usable space has just grown. We do plan on using him again later this year. I would highly recommend Eric. He's a total professional.
