Update: I found out that the manager I mentioned below was eventually dismissed by Trams as she was so rude to condo owners/renters and did not want to help them. I no longer live at the condo managed by Trams on Cavendish, but I wish the owners/ renters the best of luck in dealing with constant fire alarms going off at all hours and no assistance from management.

Deserving of 0 stars, this company's management either wants you to "shut up," handle things yourself and/or refuses to answer e-mails/phone calls, etc. Employees have literally told condo owners to "shut up" when asking questions, & apparently, condo renters are not even allowed to make inquiries.

An absolute joke of a company. If I could rank them with zero stars, I would. They waste your time, their account "managers" are constantly leaving or being replaced, and there's absolutely no hand over to the replacement manager, forcing you to have to restart from square one. After a YEAR of dealing with them for a problem that lies on their property and not mine, I've been told that I can handle the situation myself.

....After the 1st 5-8 yrs At TRAMS....Things Were Ok ...Mme Joanne was a Good Lady Friendly and At Service if You Needed Help....Though The Janitors Came and Went....And Some where Good at their Work...Now...Things ARE NOT so Friendly.....Anyhow...It's A Good Place...Just Needs Better Up keeping...Like Any where else....I've been told that It's Hard to FIND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK...

DISORGANIZED...LIARS...UNPROFESSIONAL...OVER THE LAST MONTH THEY CHANGED OUR PROPERTY MANAGER 3 TIMES!!! (LOL) CAUSE NOBODY CAN WORK FOR THAT DISRESPECTFUL TYRANT OWNER. THEY'RE A JOKE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$
