Worst property management ever. The owner Dave Glithero is arrogant and lazy. Had snow piled 2 metres high in my parking spot for months. He kept promising to fix it--nothing happened. A tree started growing into the foundation. Dave promised it would be removed--that was three months ago. Nothing. Waterloo bylaw states all steps should have railings. Told Dave, still nothing. Fence is broken from snow piled against it, garbage strewn against fence of common elements--nothing done. Concrete around steps falling apart. Loose railing. Broken windows were replaced and they left broken glass in window wells. Asked them to remove. Still there two years later. Overgrown weeds. They charge almost $750 a month and do less than the minimum. The worst part is the condo board is gutless and won't take him to task for his incompetence. The guy is a disgrace!

I can’t imagine that being in property management is easy. I also imagine it’s a lot easier and motivating to write about the bad experiences with property managers than it is to say thanks to the ones who do their jobs behind the scenes. So I just wanted to drop 5 stars because my experience with Trevarren has been really great. I’m super grateful to Samantha who is so consistently willing, thorough, positive, and helpful. She’s the best. And while I’ve only spoken with Dave once, he seems straightforward and on top of his work. I feel like my needs are heard and the building is cared for. I can’t ask for anything more.

Very slow to resolve issues / getting back to owners. Poor communication, I'd even go so far as to say lazy. Unprofessional, especially Samantha. The company made out building parking permits that look like a fourth grade art project. They even say authorized by Samantha Tavares. Jokes. Look anywhere else for professional property management.

Sold the property and they still are taking funds out of our account. They don't seem to be to concerned about getting our funds returned due to their mistake
