We began early discussions about our plan to totally renovate our 190 sq foot kitchen with Sergej in May 2024. The existing kitchen was original to our 1978 built bungalow home and was tired and dated. Our new kitchen design was simply duplicated from the home of another of TSN’s customers which we were blessed to see through mutual friends of the homeowner. That home had the identical floor plan as ours and we absolutely loved the design, which involved removing a dining room/kitchen wall. This provided more of an open-concept feel to our main floor area - giving more ambient lighting to the kitchen and unrestricted access between spaces. Sergej recalled that specific project, and after measuring our kitchen was able to replicate the plan to our specifications and unique requirements. Working with Sergej and his team of tradesmen was an excellent experience. They - like Sergej - we’re professional in all respects. We hired Sergej to manage the complete project (other than painting). A detailed project plan and corresponding timeline was provided up front which was mainly followed, and when changes were needed - Sergej was ALWAYS in constant communication via phone calls and messaging providing updates. We never felt like we were “in the dark” about where things stood or what the next step was. Day one of demolition was September 21, 2024 with final completion achieved October 31, 2024. Considering the scope of the project - 5 weeks from start to finish was more than acceptable to us. We need to mention how pleased we were with Sergej’s attention to quality craftsmanship/detail, daily (constant) clean-up, and care to protect our home from damage. For example, he securely laid construction grade cardboard on our hardwood flooring and anywhere else where he and other workers would need to be in our home. This was much appreciated. Equally important to note is that the agreed project cost did not vary for any reason. Finally, we must note that the final product more than exceeded our expectations and working with Sergej was a real pleasure. Not only is he an exceptionally hard worker, but is very friendly and personable. We would definitely recommend working with Sergej and TSN!!

We have a small house and so we wanted our kitchen custom made in order to maximize every inch. We also wanted a floating entertainment unit in our living room and a pantry door for some shelves above a staircase that needed to be custom made as well. Sergej delivered a beautiful kitchen design, cabinetry and door frame! We couldn’t be happier with his handiwork, expertise and communication.
