They are good property managers and will try to work with you, not very good at maintenance but are helpful when it comes to not being able to pay your rent, they can point you in the right direction for resolution an mediation, also a safe a easy place to cash you government checks if you do not have a bank.

The man who answers the phone and shows apartments is extremely rude. Absolutely 0 phone etiquette and in person is no better. I showed up 10 minutes early to a viewing which was apparently wrong of me to do. I was greeted with an impolite reminder that I was too early accompanied by an ignorant shake of his head like I was inconveniencing him.
