You’ll love dealing with TVH. My husband and I felt comfortable with them right from the start – and that’s at least 15 years now. They were so different from the company we’d dealt with before: They were just as knowledgeable and conscientious—but way more personable and NICE. And they all have a sense of humour. (Bonus points for that!) They obviously enjoy what they do, and work well as a team. Jon’s a great listener, an excellent advisor and communicator, and he does a terrific job of negotiating with lenders on your behalf. Sonia doesn’t numb you with impenetrable legalese or sound condescending when translating everything into layman’s language for you. She makes everything feel easy – even wading through a daunting-looking 92-page document that you need to sign or initial here and there. Serena is excellent at staying on top of a zillion legal details and keeps everyone informed every step of the way. If I could give them 6 stars out of 5, I would.
