Absolutely, hands down, the WORST medical clinic ever in terms of reception and being able to book an appt. They NEVER answer the phone. When they do answer the phone, they transfer you to someone else, you are again put on hold and then after waiting on hold for 5 mins, they tell you to leave a voicemail which will be returned in 3 business days. It's literally impossible to speak to a person. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. This is supposed to be medical care, not Rogers. This clinic doesn't deserve 1 star, but it's the only way to post the review.

impressive indeed, two tests and a specialist all in a couple of hours....very efficient, and friendly, though I did have to remind Maria to wait until I was in the same room to start her instructions 🙂 kudos to Dr. Daniel for trusting his `instincts`....all in all, a terrifying experience made palatable. This is a wonderful, full medical care office. From family medicine, cardiology, dermatology to foot care, etc. in one place it makes life easier to navigate the medical world. . It is easy to request an appointment for basic services on line and you get a confirmation back to you in reasonable time.

I was booked for a consultation for a vasectomy. I will only see a female urologist and while I live in Niagara (2 hours away), Dr Li was the closest available. I showed up early and checked in, but after an hour of waiting when everyone else in the waiting room had been seen, I was told I was now late, which is ridiculous. Then when they took me to see Dr Li, she tells me right away that she doesn’t really take referrals any more because she is booked for surgery for the next 4-6 months and doesn’t like scheduling people further out than that. So I had a good idea this wasn’t happening. She examined me (no pain) and said I was too sensitive to have a vasectomy under a local, and she doesn’t do them under a general anaesthetic, so I would have to find another urologist (which my GP says there are no other female urologists who do vasectomies.)

I called the office back after leaving to ask if the doctor would reconsider and was told that I walked out in the middle of the appointment, which I most certainly did not, and I asked that I get a call back. The call back was a different person, a very aggressive and rude male who called only to tell me to go away, and refused to listen to a word I said, just talking over me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any specialist. Why waste hours of someone’s time driving there and back from far away when you already know you have no desire to do their procedure?

I was referred to Dr. Robyn Goldstein (internal medicine) and found her extremely kind, responsive and patient in answering my questions about proposed treatment. Fari was extremely helpful in managing communication with the doctor and was able to help me with the steps to access treatment.
