I took this course recently with a group of colleagues and another local business. Ted Bezner, our trainer, was incredible! Ted is very well read and travelled so he has plenty of great stories and is a wealth of knowledge. The material in the course was relatable in many ways. I enjoyed having another company involved in our course, it allowed our team to see another groups struggles and wins. I would take this course again if only to have an opportunity to pick the trainer's brain. There were so many books and references outside of the course content I noted for later. I strongly encourage leaders to offer this course to their teams.
