Update....finally heard back almost a month later to let me know they did not like my Google review. Was looking for a return call to let me know if they could fix an Acer laptop issue....no response at all until today ...Nov 12....to let me know I didnt do my research...they only do Apple products. Good thing 3 other companies called me back to let me know they could or could not fix the issue. ( I update my start rating because they did finally get back to me).

I am grateful for Dan and his superb customer service. Upgrading our entire office computer network and embracing tech is a big step! Dan has been valuable in transitioning our whole office, and helping me with the learning curve. Now, we have a much more efficient system and if ever I have a question, Dan is only a phone call away. That is important for a tech dinosaur like myself!

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I contacted them with a question about my mothers computer and Robert answered promptly. His reply was helpful, thorough and honest - instead of saying 'bring it in' and charging her to look at it, he was able to tell me up front that there likely wasn't much point in doing that and pointed me towards some new retail options that he stood nothing to benefit off of, and was super patient with my (many) questions. Clearly has integrity, and wouldn't hesitate to trust him for any computer repairs we need in the future. Absolutely professional and trustworthy! Thank you, Robert!

My old desk top iMac was not working and I was unable to access my pictures. I called and spoke with Dan to explain my situation not only was he helpful and reassuring on the phone he was nonjudgmental that I hadn’t backed up my pictures properly. I had tried elsewhere and that wasn’t the case. I drove from Port Alberni that day in hopes he could rescue my pictures. A couple days later I had my pictures and a functional computer which I was not anticipating based on the age of the Mac. The price was also very reasonable.
