Can’t recommend highly enough. Urbana did our kitchen / family room in 2014, and our master bathroom reno in 2018. Both projects were beautifully done, and our wish list was fulfilled as we envisioned with many good ideas from Urbana designers thrown in for good measure. Small issues that arose during installation were addressed promptly and with good will. The real bonus is follow up. Over the years of hard use, our kitchen cabinetry has needed a couple of very minor repairs / touchups, and Urbana has been there to advise and execute every time. They really look after their customers long term.

I have no hesitation recommending Urbana Kitchen handle your kitchen renovation. Ellen quickly draw up a plan that corrected numerous existing problems, both safety and function, while incorporating all our wish list items (bright with clean lines and lots of cupboard and counter space). She advised on all materials and offered solutions to any problems. She created a space that after a year, is still exactly what we wanted. As a side note we were so comfortable with Urbana that we left the country to visit family well before the project was completed!

We finally got our kitchen in!! Our designer Nesta did an amazing job! Found my favorite flower cabinet pulls, kept everything within budget! Everything looks perfect! And our logistics support Jay is very communicative and attentive on scheduling, installing and fixing any problems that came along the way. Now we have the perfect kitchen! We needed a cabinet built in our main bathroom. The condo is fairly new so we hoped to have a finished look that appeared to look close to the original finishes, and not an “add on”
We are extremely happy with the results. The installer was very careful when bringing in the cabinet and other tools. And Richard, who quoted the job for us understood immediately what we wanted to achieve.
I would 100% recommend Urbana to anyone who asks.

This is my first negative review and so it has taken me a while to write it. We hired Urbana in June of 2020 to help us build our dream custom kitchen. We had employed them in the past to install two other kitchens and we were happy with the finished product. Sadly, we were not rewarded with the same results the third time around. The kitchen was mis-measured on two walls. After several attempts on Urbana's behalf to unsuccessfully mask the deficiences with fillers, it was decided that the countertops and some of the cabinetry would have to be removed, rebuilt and reinstalled. Unfortunately, after the reinstallation, we were left with countertops that have ununiformed overhangs, and cabinetry and appliances that have an obvious "crooked" appearance. For the countertops we were offered a credit or they would replace a section of the countertop but they would not repair any drywall or tile damaged in the process. Because it was nearing July of 2021 almost 7 months after beginning the renovation, we opted for the discount and to have the kitchen nightmare end. The owner came out to the house near the end and told us that we should be happy with such a beautiful kitchen. At the same time she said someone would be back to finish caulking and to install a stainless steel tray under our sink to cover up the extra holes they had to cut in it in order to move it over. What we actually recieved was a rubber matt and no caulking. I still cannot believe the owner of this company would want to put her name on this kitchen. This is the paired down version of the problems we encountered along the way. If you have a choice and you have many, do NOT use this company!

We stopped here to get some ideas for kitchen renovations. Richard was extremely helpful and kind. The show room has a lot of very beautiful and creative kitchen ideas. There are lots of samples to check out to get ideas of Colours and materials. I would highly recommend stopping here for your kitchen design.

Our green 2000's kitchen has been completely transformed into a gorgeous space! The cabinets are beautiful, the layout is functional and the whole effect when walking into that space now is "WOW"!

I especially appreciated the fact that Charlotte walked with us through this journey, being available at each step to help shop for tiles; taking contractor's calls; consulting on a suitable eating area light fixture and chair for the island; as well as making additional purchases, such as the corner cabinet and the drawer modification with inserts, after we'd used the kitchen for some time.

Jay was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and effective in his role as "logistics" for the project. Jason, our installer, was pleasant, professional and very good at his job. Overall, we felt that our kitchen project was a priority for your company and things went off without a hitch! Couldn't ask for more!
