Vada have been absolutely brilliant from the moment we moved in. Our direct point of contact is Abdul Sheikh, and he has been fantastic.

Abdul has been efficient, he is fast at sorting any issues, he is communicative, pleasant and incredibly resourceful when it comes to real estate- he has a great knowledge when it comes to real estate.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the way I was treated during my rental application with Vada Property Management. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be both unfair and unprofessional.

I provided all the required personal documentation, including verification of my employment status and my previous residence. I even asked them to proceed with these checks only if they were genuinely serious about renting the unit to me.

I received a rental offer for 2405-4720 Lougheed hwy via SMS from Kevin Ren, a junior property manager, rather than through formal communication like email even though I had previously coordinated with them via email and clearly expressed my preference to continue the process formally. I responded to Kevin’s message by calling him directly at 14:03, rather than replying via SMS. The call lasted three minutes, during which I asked if there was any flexibility to reduce the rent by $50 and requested that he follow up with the landlord and inform me of the final decision.

Instead of receiving a response, I later found out that the unit had been rented to someone else at an even higher rate offered me. When I followed up, I was told that I had never responded, which is simply not true. I find it extremely disappointing that I was NOT even given the opportunity to make a decision especially after fulfilling all their requirements and communicating in good faith. They had also contacted both my employer and property manager.

I understand that landlords have the right to rent her unit to whomever she choose, but I believe it is unfair to misrepresent my actions and claim that I did not respond. Money may come and go, but the way people are treated leaves a lasting impression.

Anyway, this is life. we are not always treated fairly.

Shamefully disrespectful company. A Vada Property Management vehicle was parked in one of our strata's wheelchair accessible visitor spots today without a permit. We have over 60 regular visitor spots available so this is just laziness and disregard for disabled visitors to our community.

Our experience with Advent Real Estate has been outstanding. Linda and her office are quick to respond. They understand our needs, guide us when needed, and take the pain out of working with tenants. Advent is always on top of any changes in the laws and they keep us informed. They also always remind us of any paperwork due for the government. Most importantly, since we started working with Advent at least for the last 10 years if not more, we have been fortunate to have good tenants, and we credit it entirely to the team's knowledge of the local market, their professionalism and understanding our needs.

Loud, inconsiderate tenants at multiple units in their property at 1255 West 12th Avenue (Devon Manor). This is a quiet neighbourhood with many professionals, including people working at Vancouver General Hospital. Please select tenants who understand that loud partying and drunkenly disparaging the neighbours is not appropriate.
