The rules at the dump can be a challenge to navigate and being a weekly user I still get nailed sometimes with extra charges for messing up. The customer service at the weigh station can be horrifying and if there was another dump I'd be going there. The workers inside are very helpful and friendly though.

The fact that they’re open only until noon on Saturday is ridiculous. As it is, I’m writing this from the front gate at 11:50 and they’re closed, with no explanation as to why on the website, answering machine, or anything posted on the gate. Several other people, one of whom has a truck full of old Christmas trees and had an appointment to drop them off, are in the same position as me. There’s also something wrong at the weigh station. Several times they’ve tried to charge me for far more weight than I actually dropped off. If there were anywhere else, I would go there. The perils of taxpayer-funded government ‘service’.

Hours of service were more flexible, I would rate them a 5 star, in other services they are on the job, to let people know their mulch is great.

They *never* come at even a remotely consistent time. One week will be 8:00 sharp, the next will be 4:30PM. I've even seen them just leave bags that *they* knocked into the ditch.

Guys at the gate are friendly and helpful explaining the rules. Yard guys are also super helpful. The grouchy guy who used to work in the building is not here anymore. 🙂
