Over the past 2 years, as the current president of Ontario Professional Hairstylists Association, I have had the opportunity to work with Vectors Group on different initiatives and projects that supported our non for profit and more importantly the Trade of Hairstyling.

The Trade of Hairstyling endured very negative implications as a result of Covid.

Vectors Group used their expertise in grant writing and assisted Ontario Professional Hairstylists Association with being awarded a 12 month pilot project in partnership with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Development in March 2022.
Throughout this process Daniel was consistent, optimistic, respectful, and willing to adapt and modify however required helping us to meet our project deliverables.

Daniel and his team were always very supportive of our association, project and the industry of Hairstyling.

Daniel demonstrated professionalism while also being very empathetic to the needs of our trade. He used his resources and expertise to create meaningful long term partnerships between 85 non for profit associations and OPHA

Vectors Group was also successful in helping to build OPHA’s stakeholder engagement using their research processes and skills to establish and confirm positive rapport with all partners and collaborators.

Daniel continues to advocate and promote both the Trade of Hairstyling and Ontario Professional Hairstylists Association, while his organization continues to look for additional opportunities and possible collaborations that align with, while not compromising his company’s core values of; forward thinking, leadership, collaboration, Integrity, Respect, Diversity and Inclusion.
