I had such a hard time finding a good abatement company, we needed a small amount of vermiculite cleaned up in our basement. I found that each company had a different opinion about the risk level and amount of PPE and monitoring required. We ended up choosing this company because they seemed to take the Abatement Manual the most seriously. They were prompt with the first visit to our house but I had to call a week later because they still hadn't sent an estimate. Their estimate was similar to others (included the $500 fee for air monitoring). In the end they did a good job of cleaning up the vermiculite and we were satisfied. Our only complaints are that the sealant they applied to a hole in our ceiling was really messy. They dropped excess sealing foam on to the floor and some pipes. The other thing that bothered me is that twice when I called their secretary, she said 'I'll pass this on to my boss, if she doesn't call you in an hour can you call back?' I found this unprofessional and frankly a pretty bad way to do business. It's not my job to call you back if you want me to hire you!! But I did call back, so I suppose her method worked just fine 😉

Truthfully if I could give 3.5 stars I would. They could use some improvements in the way they manage their clients, but the bottom line is that they did a good job of the job they were hired to do.

I would like to say thank you so much for the Vericlean company. They did a good job of removing the asbestos in our old house. The air is being monitored while the procedure is done. Mr. Guan is a very nice person and he took good care of our concerns. I also would like to thank the crew esp. Carlos, Arthur and Leopoldo for a job well done.
I would recommend Vericlean company if you have Asbestos problem in your household. This company can be trusted👍🏻
