Some time ago a new management team was assigned to our building. Ms. Xhafaj is the new building manageress while Mr. Trevashov is in charge of maintenances. They are very tenant oriented. Complaints are quickly resolved. It is a huge improvement from the past when everything fell on deaf ears. The company is also renovating apartments into luxurious units. All together it is great to have this management team working on one’s behalf. We are very satisfied.

What a mess!! I had an appointment to view an apartment at 11:45.. no one at 4150 st jean so i go to the other building at 4020. I'm told by the rental office there to walk back to 4150 and they will send someone. Waited another 15 minutes for the janitor to arrive. He was very polite, apologized for the wait.

Go to see the apartment which I was originally told was 975$ all included.. no, now its only heating included! The smaller bedroom is tiny, barely a bedroom at all and the apartment they showed me was in terrible condition. The hallways stink of dog or cat pee, the elevator is ancient and dirty.

Not understanding how they get away with such a price for the type of appartment offered.. saw a tenant while I was waiting and they told me to run!!

Indecent people. I asked the person who answered my phone if he can help me to rent an apartment. He answered that it is only available in September. I agreed to his suggestion as I am not in a hurry. All of a sudden he "hangs up" and forget to reach him again.
