I've lived in Vita Estates for 2 years & it's a great place to live. The staff are all wonderful & fix any issues promptly. The suites are small but luxurious with all the amenities. It's safe & clean, & a great place to live. Denis, the manager, is great & very helpful. All the staff have been friendly & helpful. I have recommended it to my family & friends.

My husband and I recently moved into Vita Estates, and while there were a few things that needed fixing before we got settled, I have to say the resident manager and maintenance team were amazing. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of efficiently, and we really appreciated that.

The suites are beautiful—modern and luxurious but still full of character, unlike a lot of newer places where the design feels cold and lifeless. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the interiors both stylish and comfortable, so it really feels like home right away.

The building has all the amenities we need, like in-suite laundry, dishwasher, and two full bathrooms. It’s great that they welcome pets, too. Boardwalk does a great job in creating a community atmosphere with resident events and local discounts. It’s a nice touch that makes a big difference.

Overall, we’re really happy with our decision to move here. The service, the quality of the suites, and the overall vibe of the place have all been excellent. If you’re looking for a place in Edmonton that feels both luxurious and welcoming, I’d definitely recommend checking out Vita Estates!

My husband and I came to view these apartments about two weeks ago, and it was a breath of fresh air. We knew almost immediately that this is where we wanted to live. The apartments themselves are warm and cozy with warm colours and carpets, unlike new builds that feel cold, grey and lifeless. Needless to say, it's been 2 weeks and we now live here!

There were a few complications with our move-in, however Dennis is truly the best. He's making sure everything is taken care of and it truly feels as if he goes above and beyond for the tenants that live here.

Overall, the building feels overall clean and taken care of and I am so glad to be calling this place my home!

The staff at Vita Estates was amazing. They were friendly and explained everything in details when I was looking for a place to rent. Now that I am renting, I can say I am extremely happy. Not only is the apartment cozy, clean and perfect, but the outside grounds are kept clean daily as well as the inside of the building. Perfect place for families and pet owners. The service is very quick also where requesting any type of maintenance. They are quick and efficient and always keep a smile on their faces when doing so. I recommend Vita Estates if you are looking for a place to call home. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
