I am very disappointed with the service I received. As someone new to the tax process, I specifically hired an accountant to guide me and explain how things work. Unfortunately, I was never informed about important details such as payment deadlines, penalties, or the option to pay in installments.

When Daniel prepared my taxes, I paid exactly the amount he told me to, trusting that everything was handled. At no point did he mention that I would still owe money due to penalties and interest for late payment. I only discovered this later on my own, which was both frustrating and stressful.

I had additional charges — almost $3,000 extra — purely because of his lack of guidance and communication.

I expected an accountant to not only file my taxes but also provide clear guidance, especially for someone unfamiliar with the system. Instead, I was left with unexpected costs and confusion. Very disappointing experience.

They didn’t review or verify the information I provided—they just entered the numbers I sent, which I could have done myself for free. Overall, I didn’t feel supported or that they were genuinely there to help.
