Recently had the pleasure of receiving services from well wise Ajax. My father required a walker recently which also required an assessment from an occupational therapist. Well wise staff were very comforting and informative as to the process of how to book an appointment and the importance of proper fitting of the walker. They helped with the booking of an appointment which was quick and painless. My father had a particular brand in mind as he had done some research. Well Wise was able to provide the walker and properly fit it to his requirements. The entire staff was excellent to deal with from the booking to the final checkout! Wonderful staff, both my father and myself were very impressed! We will definitely be going to Well Wise Ajax for any purchases in the future! Thank you again to the entire staff who assisted !

I had a terrible experience shopping from this wall Wellwise by Shoppers. Never ever recommending anyone to purchase anything from them, because they are an absolute money grabber and a bunch of commercial thrives. I purchased an arm brace/support for almost $72 after tax and the size was wrong. I purchased a size (2) and I wanted to exchange it for size (3) because it didn’t fit. First of all, I had to drive to three locations and none of them had all sizes. After making my way out from Oshawa to Ajax, I found an After making my way out from Oshawa to Ajax, I found a store that had a couple of sizes. All I want was to exchange to a bigger size. I was completely denied an exchange or refund of my money as per their corrupted policy that only benefits them and not the consumer. I called and spoke to the stuff and they advised me that it’s FINALE SALE and they can’t return it for “hygiene purposes” which I understand. Had it been worn or fitted and or used or much time had elapsed from my purchase. If it was more than one day ago, I couldn’t agree more with their policy. The product was not even plastic sealed. The box was ripped, and they claim that it has never been used by anyone. And they said they can’t take it back because they can sell it to anyone else in that condition, how do I know the one I bought was not purchased and returned by somebody else because there’s no plastic seal and there is no plastic covering. According to the doctors advice you have to wear these braces for a month until it heals one’s hand or alternatively if it had to fit my mother’s hand, it was too tight that it didn’t even fit my mother’s wrist area. I didn’t ask to speak with a superior and up on my request their manager (Alex) called me offering that I can exchange it for a size 3 but I will take your purchased at 50% value and you have pay $35 more to exchange it that too as a “gesture of good customer service”. This is the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever come across, There is often an assessment of situation before applying certain policy. in my case, they Didn’t want to consider anything. Now I’m stuck with this arm/brace/support which I purchased it for $72 and its of NO USE to my poor mother. I was better off buying something off Amazon for $35 and had ample time to exchange my mind. This is the reason why retail stores are losing business and Amazon is taking over the world. The more they make these types of frivolous policies, the more they will go out of walk-in business, the more unemployment rate and the more online businesses will take over. As clearly myself and my family will never ever buy anything from Wellwise by Shoppers anymore. Wellwise by Shoppers (Ajax) You can keep my money, but know that I have never forgiven you and your incompetent staff & you will all in someway, shape or farm will pay it back three fold. That in this month of Ramadan you took my money without my absolute will. With that money, I could’ve fed that a poor in this month.

Outstanding service. Needed a box of ostomy supplies as I was in a jam. Alex called me back after looking tirelessly for the product even though she had initially said it was order only (I needed it the day of).
