I had rented from Westhawk for 6 years and have always had a good experience with them. They are always professional and very prompt if I ever had any issues and usually had someone out that day of the very next day to fix any concerns. The staff have always been very polite, kind and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to rent. If I am ever in the position where I need to rent again, Westhawk would be the only company I would go to. I found Joanna very easy to communicate with and book times with for my out inspection and was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Cindy was also a pleasure to deal with. Great company!!

Rented from this god awful company for 4 years. After a personal difference between Julia and myself I found that all of a sudden she was not going to renew my lease. Even though I always paid my rent on time, never had any issues with neighbors or partying, never had any damages in either property I rented, still she chose to cause me and my children to try and find a place within 40 days during this crazy time. She didn't even offer my family the rental increase in which she was seeking. That is how I know this is vengeance. This company allows personal matters to come between their integral duties as a property management company. Run from this company as fast as you can.

I’ve been with Westhawk Properties for over 10 years now. They are the best. Julia knows more about the Calgary rental market than anyone else. My property has always been rented with no issues. Westhawk’s professional team takes care of all maintenance issues and I never have to worry about that. They screen properly and always find good tenants. Westhawk gets the job done.

I have dealt with Westhawk for over 15 years professionally and they are always one of the most prepared and organized clients I have. They understand the industry better then most and I refer every landlord I deal with to them for property management.
On a different note I have also rented with them for 5 years and any and all concerns have been dealt with promptly and respectfully. They take care of their tenants and the properties so anyone who has complained that they haven't done that is not telling the whole story. They fully know the rules and they follow them so again anyone saying they took extra rent is not honest with the story as I don't believe that would ever happen.

Sharif is a great property manager. We always had things fixed in a timely manner. We stayed there for over 3 years and are very sad to be leaving our rental home but they were very accommodating when we wanted to buy a home. Would recommend to friends and family !

I went through a 2 week process to be approved during which I turned down other suites. Once approved I was brought an incorrect lease then the property manager forgot about our follow up meeting. I sent a deposit only to be notified 12 hours later that they were canceling the offer to lease. I now need to find a place in less than a week as a working single mom. They treated me with a total lack of respect and as if I was "lesser than". They are probably great if you are a landlord but as a tenant stay away.
