I lived in this building for three years. The staff, especially the cleaning team, were excellent—but safety was a major concern. In 2021, there was a shooting involving a shotgun - just down the hallway near my unit while I was home with my newborn, and I witnessed the crime scene firsthand. I was gaslit by the building staff telling me nothing happened but I spoke with the police. Incidents like this, along with frequent break-ins during winter, made me feel unsafe throughout my time here.

The laundry facilities are also inadequate—only six machines for the whole building, with at least two often out of order. While there are positives, the safety issues and poor maintenance made it a difficult place to call home.

Great building managers, great security (even 24 hours for emergencies), always clean as they have cleaning done pretty much every day in the main common spaces and they are on top of renovations and fixes. 🙂 love it here and will always recommend these 2 locations of boardwalk properties.

I have been a resident of Building "B" for over two years now. Just signed up for a third. I have had a fantastic experience with all of the staff from maintenance to office staff. Everyone has been amazing and kind and helpful. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The place is very clean and well looked after. The residents are all nice and friendly. This place feels like home and is always quiet. I lucked out finding this little gem and would recommend this to anyone. There are even fun activities and other things going on. Even through the pandemic, I felt the crew was looking out for us. Usually I feel like i'm being interrogated when looking at a new place, but the lady who helped me with my renewal was great. We joked and it was a very nice experience. Cheers to you fine folks who look after us in building "B". For me..... THIS IS HOME....Thanks. Top notch.
I love my home more every day. I think the staff do an amazing job. To me, the place is beautiful and the staff are so dedicated, warm. and friendly.The changes in the entry with the furniture add a touch of class. This place rocks. Im lucky and grateful to have found this gem. Kudos to everyone.

Had a great experience renting here. As a newcomer to Canada this was my first home when I arrived in late 2020. The process was very simple and quick, which was what I needed given the fact that I arrived in Canada with no place to live. I stayed for just over a year and during that time I was very comfortable, the place is quiet and cosy. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. I'm honestly going to miss living here but I bought a space with more room so that's the only reason I ended up having to leave.

The site staff at Westridge Estates really go above and beyond to make us residents happy. The office staff are very professional and friendly while the Maintenance associates are very quick to get repairs done. The buildings are very clean and well maintained, and I’m happy to call this place home!! Keep it up!!!!

Current resident and I just want to say this property is going downhill fast. It's dirty, rundown and has become a "homeless shelter" in the last year. I've complained about the security issues here numerous times and I still walk out my door with some person sometimes sleeping or hanging out while smoking cigarettes in the hallway. Garbage laying around everywhere in the staircase area and been walking by the same garbage for a week straight. Laundry facility is a joke with only 6 washer and 6 dryers for the ENTIRE building. Don't even bother!!

I have lived in building Westridge Estates B for almost 3 years now and i must say, the office, maintenance staff and cleaning staff have made my stay even that much more enjoyable. Genuine and people. Each and every one of them

I had a great move in experience with Yvonne, Brandy, Mitch and Ashley.

Yvonne asked me my price range and made sure we stuck to it. She showed me the loft units and I really loved them. New appliances was a big perk and the construction crew did a great job renovating after the fire.

Every point of communication I had with Mitch and Ashley was great. Every time I called someone answered. Every time I emailed someone responded.
