A few months ago, I renovated my kitchen. After receiving several estimates from various kitchen companies, I decided to go with Westshore cabinets. Brad the owner came over a few times to discuss what we wanted. We received the estimate which we found a lot cheaper than the other company we were looking to go with. The other company was going to keep our 1995 cabinets and install new doors and stack smaller cabinets on top to the ceiling. It was a no brainer to go with all NEW! Sarah the lady at the front desk helped us go thru this whole process with ease. The following two months, we must’ve changed our minds 3-4 times how we wanted the kitchen to look, and she never once made us feel that we were a bother. Jay who built the cabinets did a magnificent job. He was very happy to answer any questions we may had. Manny the installer assembled our kitchen beautifully. We also had new floors installed a few weeks prior to the kitchen install, and they were very careful not to mark it up. Once the kitchen was done, Sarah made sure the quartz installer was notified. This whole process was a breeze for my husband and I since we were not in the country throughout this whole renovation. Our friends thought we were crazy to leave and not oversee this project but we felt very confident they were going to do a good job. If you’re looking for a new kitchen, we would highly recommend this company. They did such a fabulous job I had them build me a custom fireplace mantel.

We purchased a full set of custom kitchen cabinets from this company several years ago. The design process and installation went well, and we were initially happy with the product at the time. A few months after install we noticed that there was exposed particle board ends left on the kicks near the bottom of the dishwasher. We called to have them come fix it, but nobody ever got back to us, and we eventually just stopped trying. Then after a couple of years the finish started coming off the cabinet doors in quite a few areas, including areas that are rarely touched. My wife called to ask why the finish was already coming off, ask for advise on how to deal with this, and ask for touch-up paint. She called and emailed several times over the span of several months, but nobody ever got back to her. There are a lot of companies out there you can choose from to build your cabinets. We didn't consider the after-sale service thinking we wouldn't need any, but when we did, they didn't offer any. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on this experience.

I had my whole kitchen area modified and replaced. Working with everyone at Westshore Cabinets made a very stressful and costly undertaking understandable and comprehensive. The staff were always available to discuss options and prices. They even talked about small features that would give me a more or less functionality. I Would recommend Westshore Cabinets to come in on time and on budget. In fact I was so satisfied, I started working for them.

Very poor quality and bad service. Didn’t show up for initial appointment. Should have been a red flag. Very sorry I used them now. Didn’t get what I ordered right from the start. Sloppy install and cabinets wrong heights and lots of excuses for their incompetence. Bottom of cabinets warped. Corners swelling around range and I am going to rip them out and replace them with a company that knows what they are doing. Stay away from these guys.

Stay away from this company. They were “to busy” for my business. Will never use for anything. Will refer people away from them.
