Very large and interesting BBQ place. You get hit with the delicious smell as soon as you step out of your car!

Our server, Jose, was very nice and super efficient. He is top notch. Gave many suggestions and answered our questions.

The food was mid (as the kids say) The twice baked potatoes were ordered with bacon on the side due to dietary restrictions and even though there was bacon on the side, a few of them had some bacon cooked on them.

The wings were big, but found it very odd that sauce comes on the side. Seems like that would be a special request.

The medallion chicken salad was a big disappointment. Twenty dollar salad and the presentation was confusing. A meager salad on one side and the medallions of chicken on the other side. These medallions were big chunks of overcooked dry pieces of chicken. Sauce on the side. Should be called "boulder chicken." Not worth the price. They can do better.

My son's brisket sandwich was a hit. He said it was one of the best he has had. He also said I shouldn't have ordered chicken in a BBQ place. There may be some truth to that, but some BBQ places serve phenomenal chicken dishes.

Great American BBQ and atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends. We went during their Hawaiian Luau special week and the food was so good. They do so many special menus here you have to visit more than ones a month and there is so much goodness on the regular menu you could go every week and still have tons to choose from. Follow them on social media I prefer Instagram to stay up on what’s happening. We enjoyed all our food and drinks. The service was great and inviting to come back to enjoy more. It can get busy so be patient it’s a popular place because the foot is Awesome! Dine in and enjoy!?

Such a great quality piece of tri-tip! Perfectly cooked! The onion rings were super tasty! Couldn't finish them. They could feed a village! But I took him home to eat later. ?✌?

This is all you get for $30.00. But that not why the 1 stars. I asked if it was spicy. I absolutely can not eat spicy. Both the meat & carrots were. Spicy can be added but not taken off. The meat was tough, and I couldn't pull it apart with my fingers. The blue broccoli was sweet but definitely not blue cheese, which was what I was told. It was raw and just had a sugar added taste. So, for $30. I ate a bowl cereal & went to bed. This was supposed to be a treat after a 13-hour day, I wanted to eat healthier. I won't be going back. The food isn't worth the price.

When seeing the huge BBQ sign adjacent to Hwy 41, located in northeast Fresno, finding Westwoods' physical location - off the highway - can be somewhat daunting! What may also be aggravating is the size and shape of the outside parking area when shared with other eateries in the same shopping center. A busy day/night may be a decent walk to and from the car - be aware of the surroundings. The interior of the restaurant is voluminous with a rustic, almost "western" theme. Staff were friendly, inviting, and very knowledgeable of the menu and options! The menu was filled with "meat" dishes and options to suit anyone's craving! However... when my combination rib and chicken dinner was delivered, my "warm" dinner salad was on the very same plate as the entre! The side of scalloped potatoes were served, on the side, in a cardboard French fry container?! Everything - including the salad - was warm at best. Nothing was hot! A swap between the salad and the scalloped potatoes, from the container to the plate, would have been a reasonable consideration!! Location, parking, and meal delivery will be of serious consideration if returning to Westwoods! I d have to admit, taste was better than expected... just a cold picnic kind of meal. Sorry, Dave... maybe just a bad day.

We were seated at dinnertime immediately after showing up. It's very roomy. The hostess and server were both very nice. The service was quick. We ordered a cocktail from the menu but it wasn't that good. The lemonade was in a generous cup. All n all We will be going back!!!

When I visited my son in Fresno, California last week, my son suggested this place. It was his first time to eat there with his friends. I like the place, easily got our table, very friendly servers and great food!
