Living at Whitehall Square has been a wonderful experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which makes the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. The rent is very affordable, offering great value for the location and amenities. It’s also a peaceful place to live, as most tenants keep to themselves, creating a quiet atmosphere.

The only downside is that some of the provided equipment, such as the refrigerator, shelves (storage), and cooker, are a bit outdated. Despite this, everything else is fantastic, and I would have no hesitation in giving a 5-star review if it weren’t for this minor issue. Highly recommend it!

The management and staff are all very wonderful! Nataliia helped me and my husband apply for an apartment with no hesitation, and patiently guided us through the entire process. Building manager Rose is also very pleasant and always kind when interacting with all of the tenants in her building. My experience with Whitehall Square has been excellent!

Im happy living here in west 2 because the building always look great! The cleaner keeps the building clean and tidy! I RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO LIVE HERE! the cleaner Ofella Santos is doing a great job!

Great experience dealing with Nataliia and Rose with everything on registration to move in process. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place to stay as suites are spacious and easy access to all amenities.

We’ve been here in West 6 for 1year and 7 months.We like it here. They have a staff Ofelia who is very friendly and always keep the building clean.School is just across the road and a 5-minute walk to the shopping centre.It is very convenient for us.

Good place to live. Management choices.
Recently I requested a third search for the source of the dripping sounds that myself and my guests could hear. Whitehall Square response was thorough and they ran an intensive investigation. The source of the dripping sounds was not located, however the preventive measures they took were beyond expected. My appreciation.
