We had custom kitchen cabinets installed a few years ago. It wasn't a huge budget, but it was big for us. The installers were unprofessional. They did not clean up at the end of the day. Left tools and saw dust, and I had twin toddlers at the time. Upon completion, the finished product looked amazing. When I put the stove back into the place, the cabinets on each side of the stove were off by almost 3/4". Glenn's response was, well you can level it out by adjusting the feet on the stove! We found them very unprofessional and that our install, being small in comparison to others, wasn't important. I would not recommend Wildwood!

We were less than please with the experience of designing a kitchen and installing it through Wildwood. I'm sure they are a good fit for some but they seemed to have a single idea for kitchen design in the end we gave them our design fully made to input into their system as our idea was not being recieved by the salesperson. We've had countless sub contractors and guest comment on the great design subsequently but none of this was wildwood work. The finish on the cabinets was not well done spots missing and then damaged on installation following this the process of having it "fixed" has been slow and is still not fully repaired. The poor finish has been blamed on lack of experienced staff during the pandemic the export like paint finish appears to have not been mixed properly to allow for it to cure. A poor excuse on a huge part of a new home. We would have been happier to have gone with any other company but Wildwood is the company of choice for the contractor we worked with and he is excellent so we settled.

I could not be more pleased with my custom kitchen, it was everything I hoped for and more. Wildwood was the only manufacturer I found that could do the level of custom work that I was looking for, all the way down to the custom 1/4 sawn white oak wood. The installation and finishing touches were exceptional. From start to finish they were completely professional, a huge thank you to Susan, Luc, Mat and Tyrel from wildwood and Heidi who assisted with the design. I have my dream kitchen that fits in beautifully in my 1908 heritage home. I would not hesitate to recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for quality. My mom loved my kitchen so much that she also went with them for her kitchen remodel.

This is my second time using Wildwood, the first time I was quite pleased with them. We built a new house last year with an in-law suite, we purchased two full kitchens and four bathrooms worth of cabinetry and quartz countertops. Needless to say it was not a inexpensive endeavor, the install was understandably slow due to covid, the real problems came trying to have them return to repair deficiencies. It took months and many emails fighting them to repair their mistakes, at the end of a long battle the work was completed but had leftover hardware, they were unwilling to return 3 extra handles and a desk grommet. The reason they wouldn't was simply that it had been over 30 days, even though they had only finished the kitchen the prior week.
I will no longer be recommending their services, very disappointed in the professionalism.

Whle we were satisfied with the end product, here are a couple of caveats: a. we had to insist that the "designer" return back to our house for final measurements; she was reluctant. When she did return, her measurements were off and modifications had to be made. b. we provided final payment via cheque. The cheque was dated for May 1st (giving us a couple of days to ensure funds were available). They decided to cash the cheque before May 1st and caused the bank to levy additional fees to us. Unacceptable.

They do not stand by the products they sell! If you sell poor quality products and do not support the warranty then find another supplier. I would avoid them.
