I was looking for a place for my mom. David replied to my email within a day, with a phone call. He is very helpful, and had a positive attitude. He listened to what we needed/wanted. He showed us a unit, and gave my mom time to make a decision. He was very helpful with the paperwork, made my mom and I feel at ease with our decision. We can't wait to move her in.

Can't say enough about David from Mill Place Apartments. He took the time to replace a leaking sink drain while he was here to do an annual inspection. I know he was busy, he took more calls while he was doing this for me. I really appreciated his doing this so fast and efficiently.

Mill Place in Orangeville is a wonderful building to live in. The units are very spacious and the building is well maintained. Ray and Doris are amazing. They are always working on something; they never seem to stop! They respond very quickly to all inquiries and are friendly and approachable. This is a quiet building with friendly tenants.

Just moved out of the Mill Street apartments in Orangeville. I enjoyed my whole time living there. Back to Jay and Doris and now with Dave. Always friendly the building was always clean and quiet. Great location and a great place to live.
