Avoid buildings managed by Wilson Blanchard. I'm a tenant and have a list of complaints. We are 5 days without Hot Water ( for the second time ), the building is dirty, garbage service is constantly out, the corridors are cleaned once a month I guess., etc. A good example of terrible "Management" !

They are good to reply to the reviews full of apologies. Hey, listen... it's not working. Try to do your job and you won't need to apologises.

I had lots of questions in the early stages and Francesca Di Tomaso, Property Manager was so helpful, prompt with her response and most of all - patient and kind. Lovely person. Francesca manages my condos and is extremely helpful, gets things done in a very timely manner, pleasant and patient over the phone and is excellent at responding to my emails quickly. She makes us feel like we are important people in the community.we had many issues and she fixed all of them too quickly! Francesca seems to always has a solution for every issue. The best is when she spends a few extra minutes on her off days to reach out to let you know that even though it’s been busy, she received my email and will get back to me. I’m sorry but I’ve dealt with many people, management, agents, brokers, sales people and Francesca stands out big time. She definitely goes above and beyond to meet our needs and my tenants. Everyone is too busy on lunch all day! I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate her. Her efforts and willingness isn’t seen much in today’s time! We need more people like her because when people see management taking time to really help, people feel appreciated and will tell others. Thank you Francesca for helping my tenants with the key Fobs and adding them to the Mosino 1APP so quickly. When I called in about booking the elevator things were not so clear. Then Francesca called me back and clarified everything with no issues. I can’t say enough about her. Just an amazing person giving her all into doing her job to the best of her ability. And she obviously has passion for her job and tries so hard to get things done! Thank again Francesca and keep up the GREAT work.?

Annamaria Zonai has done an amazing job, she is responsive to any inquiries and prompt issuing minutes of meetings. She has provided excellent management reports ahead of scheduled meetings and forwards the excellent finacial statements provided by the WB finacial team as soon as they are available. Payments to service providers has been prompt. Alround a superior job compared to our previous management firm.

Truly awful experience.
Our neighbor's condo caught fire and spread to ours in July 2024.

It's October 16, 2024, we are still required to pay our condo fees, but no repairs have been done for the condo owners that are still living here with fire damage.
It's 1 degree outside right now.
We don't have siding, we have busted windows, and the contractor is doing nothing except blocking us from our own property when it is isn't necessary.

Wilson Blanchard is aware of all of it, they just aren't doing anything and they made it clear when I asked for our condo board's information that they are the contact.

You're required to pay your condo fees, and they do nothing for you when you actually need it.

Super impressed with our condos new management team with Wilson Blanchard specifically with our condo manager Danielle Thomson. Danielle has taken the time to listen to us and our concerns, chat over email and the phone and is always very friendly and helpful. She has been really great to work with and happy to have her on board. thank you
