This dump, is a mess, drove in , there was so much broken glass, screws nails, and other objects all over the ground, just had 1000 dollars worth of new tires put on and got a flat from a screw right through my tire, for the prices you charge clean this place up. Disgrace.

I'm sitting on the road outside the waste management transfer station waiting for a tow to a shop to replace my ture. It blew in one of yhe huge potholes trying to get out of this place. I would he surprised if I were the first to have this happen.

Would give less than 1 star if available. Can only get bots to discuss problems. Took me about an hour to get a live person after calling various numbers I found. They had renewed my contract and said I could cancel in 10 months and if I wanted to cancel right away it would cost me $3K which was costs and approx service costs for the 10 months.

Crooks. The debit machine is down so they say they can only accept cash. I bring cash but now they round the price up and scribble it out on the bill I received. Supposed to be $54.60 but only had $60 so they just pocket the rest. Not sure if she is just pocketing the change or not. Not impressed

An employee reached out to me online demanding I remove her name from the review. Then explains she overcharges people because they didn’t have fives. Ridiculous. Someone needs to step in here. If you’re cash only you should have enough change or not overcharge people to compensate.

They're accepting cash only for the past 6 weeks. Also their phone number no longer works or is not updated.
The city needs to do something about this organization. No consistency.
Also they need to accommodate more types of waste, not accepting shingles is ridiculous.

Closed for the last 4 days. Sign outside the building says opens April 24th. It’s the 25th & they’re still closed. If they had information on their website about the closure, I wouldn’t be so upset.. Phone number is disconnected. No help there. All you can do is show up to the dump with a load, & be upset when it’s closed.. & then if you simply go by their own signage, they would be open today.. But, their own led signs are lying to the public (false advertising). Apparently, the fire suppression system they use being down is our community’s problem & we have to pay for it by going out of our city to use other dumps nearby in neighbouring towns. It’s not fair that they can just blatantly disrespect the community like this. Shame.

They are only open during the week making it hard to get time to drop off the garbage, my husband showed up and the debit machine is down, apparently it has been for a few weeks. Also the minimum charge is close to $60 , that outrageous.

The sign , said open on Saturdays, got there with a uhaul full of spring clean up items to dump and it was closed. Approximately 5 other people showed up in the same situation. These hours do not accommodate people that work all week, not impress! Who do I send the uhaul bill to Who is the contact person for running this site? I see lots of complaints, but no improvements🤷‍♀️
