I've put in two custom orders with Castle in the last month and have been very happy with the service. Both times Heather was my sales rep and got me quotes and answers in exceptionally promptly and was thoroughly pleasant to deal with.

Prices are within a few cents of HD/Lowes and much cheaper than some of the specialty lumber distributors, but more importantly, the service at Castle has been great. Delivery is very affordable for oversized materials. I've forgotten the name of the guy who delivered my initial order but he was pleasant and was willing to help me move the boards to the backyard which was above and beyond expectations.

I'll honestly keep going to castle rather than the big-box stores going forward whenever I can help it.

I searched everywhere for exterior French Doors with no luck. I contacted Rollie from Wolf Creek Building Supplies in Morinville and he was able to source exactly what I was looking for and I received them before the expected date. Rollie was extremely knowledgeable, patient and fun to deal with. I'll definitely be contacting Rollie for our future projects!!
