There’s mice infection under the floorboards and inside the wall！! Cockroaches; sometimes no hot water; very old and dirty and smells!!

I always have to keep the bathtub running for 10-20 minutes to get warm water. Even then, I might not get warm water. Stairs in some areas look very old, and are dirty to varying extents.

Hallways are dirty, there was always a crackhead smoking crack in Lobby D and nothing was done about it, priority submetering solutions charged way too high, they charged 500$ when no one was home for a month and all the was turned on was the fridge, everything else was unplugged.

Worst place to buy, it's cheap for a reason. Even as a rental property it's not worth it.

The Superintendent is very unprofessional not being helpful, it’s hard to approach this man. He should not be in the position instead of helping to solve the issue he is making it more complicated. He is sarcastic too, doesn’t have manners even to response in the phone. Very bad service.

Management group is not helpful at all, the property managers appointed by them are helpless, arrogant , doesn't seem to care ,Yeah but these people will be behind you all the time if u even delay a single monthly payment .

Horrible service, management staff seldom on site for services, and they complain when they receive complaints! lol None of their 4 calls work to solve problems, including emergency calls
